The Founders

The Family Tree was founded by four real estate agents with a common goal: to help other real estate agents build generational wealth.

Our team includes Matthew Potter, Nicole Potter, Ryan Zolin, and Amber Adams. Each member brings a unique set of skills and expertise to the table, but we all share a passion for real estate and a commitment to helping others succeed.

Matt and Nicole have amassed a substantial sales volume, with a cumulative transaction value surpassing one billion dollars. Their specialties include short sales and hedge fund relationships.

Ryan Zolin has found his niche in working with on market deals and agent relationships. He also coaches hundreds of students through his program, Agent Investors. Amber Adams has assisted in the growth of Ryan's business by fulfilling the role of both agent and transaction coordinator.
